Our team has worked tirelessly to redesign Thumsters Family App, ensuring a sleek, modern, and user-friendly experience. The new look not only enhances the app's aesthetics but also makes navigation more intuitive, allowing families to focus on what truly matters—supporting and celebrating each other, and developing positive family behavior habits.
Kids 'View' Integration: Personalized for Every User
In this new version, the Kids App is now integrated into the main app as Kids 'View'. Much like a Netflix account, each user—whether a parent, carer, or child—has their own unique login, giving them access to their personalized view of the app. This integration simplifies the experience and ensures that every family member can easily engage with the app's features tailored to their needs.
The 'Emotions Tracker': Building Emotional Awareness and Regulation
We're thrilled to introduce the 'Emotions Tracker', developed with the expertise of child therapists. This intentional new feature helps kids become more emotionally aware by allowing them to choose an emotion and corresponding emotion-word each day. The selected emotion is sent via push notification to the parent's app and displayed on the daily timeline, enabling parents and carers to see how their child is feeling. We KNOW how busy life can be! So this notification encourages intentional daily check-ins, helping to celebrate wins or provide support for your child when needed. Emotional awareness is the first step to emotional regulation, and we're proud to support this important aspect of your child's development.
The Enhanced 'Thumb-bank': Encouraging Positive Behavior
The 'Thumb-bank' is back and better than ever! Available in both the parent's and kid's views, this feature allows families to set goals and earn rewards together. By promoting positive behavior through a fun and interactive platform, the Thumb-bank helps build healthy habits that last.
Introducing 'Streaks': Motivating Consistent Positive Behavior
Consistency is key when it comes to making positive behavior changes, and our new 'streaks' feature is designed to motivate both kids and their carers to seek out and reinforce healthy behaviors daily. At Thumsters we believe momentum trumps motivation, and by maintaining streaks, families can truly build positive behavior HABITS that increase healthy communication and connectedness!
